Bamboo Gardens
Sometimes you have to get lost and just do what you want, what you love. For me sometimes thats staying at home and building a new website from scratch. Or maybe not even building a new site but just tweaking with an old website I have’nt been able to work with because I spend most of my doing web design for clients.
Well not today. Today I launched a new website: www.gregsbamboo.com
Mentioning bamboo in a gathering of any size is nearly certain to prompt hysterical cursing from someone who has experienced an attack from the demonic plant that invaded unexpectedly and ceaselessly, and could not be stopped or killed. Such fear and venom is primarily directed at bamboos with a diffuse growth habit. This is something I’ve learned over time as I’ve talked to people about my own bamboo gardens located at my house and a small crop that a friend and I started out in Carver, Oregon.
Anyways, I’ve spent a lot of time updating the website with new pictures of the bamboo and the rest of the garden. This weekend I added a state-of-the-art semantic personal publishing platform. This should make updating Gregs Bamboo website much easier….
