Down Jackets
Cold cosmopolitan people have long sported mountaineering down jackets as cold-weather commuting wear, giving the person a Michelin Man look like a modicum of street crud. However recently, fashion and technical innovation among the puffie jackets advanced at, well, a glacial pace.

Among the many noteworthy details: precipitation-proof fabric that shields goose down from the wet; welded insulation compartments; and some refreshingly hip designs. At long last, breaking out the big down coat won’t land you in worst dressed category.
