Yahoo vs. Google - A Test Using Adsense
Over the last couple months I’ve heard some rumors of Yahoo filtering websites {that use Google’s Adsense} out of the top 10 of their search results.
Of course there could be many reasons why Yahoo has banned www.snowboarding.com from its results. My buddy Don owns the website, and they were #1 for ” snowboarding ” before they inserted they’re adsense campaign, then shortly - a couple months later: POOF - they were gone.
So my test is www.maui-real-estate-for-sale.net —-
The results are like this as of 3/12/2006 - So the test is to see how long they last….
” houses for sale in maui ”
Google - #1 - houses for sale in maui
Yahoo - #2 - houses for sale in maui
- Note that it moved to #3 on 3/20/2006
MSN - #1 - houses for sale in maui
